So why do we have a site just for Teachmeets in Hampshire?
Well…a few reasons really.
I want to remind people that Teachmeets can be small, local, friendly events. They can have 20 people rather than 100. Having lots of small events makes more sense to me. This makes it easier for first-timers to present as it is less daunting. It also makes it easier for potential organisers as there are less things to worry about. Of course we will also hold larger events if there is the demand to do so.
We also want to provide somewhere to share the resources and presentations after the events. This can all be done through here too. We can also make the signup easier and use Google forms or primarypad to make it simple.
